What we build

Custom AI tooling for agencies, brands and entertainment companies. Our focus is applied AI - taking what's now possible with language models, speech synthesis and agentic workflows and turning it into products people genuinely want to use. We prototype fast, validate early, and ship things that work.

Recent builds from our founder's studio practice: Narrativ, a seven-tool creative operating system - institutional memory, cultural trend scanning, audience testing, brand signals - built for a leading social agency. Custom 24/7 broadcast channel infrastructure with scheduled playout, simulcast and live injection; plus AI-driven audio, music and interactive narrative products.

Heathen is led by Brook Downton - twenty years across production and innovation at agencies in London and New York, most recently as Head of Innovation at RALPH, where he built and shipped the studio's flagship systems. He designs and builds end to end.
